Returns
You have a full 60 days from date of order to fully explore the benefits that NerveCyl can bring you. If at any point during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no-questions-asked refund.
Before requesting a refund, please ensure you've given NerveCyl enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use NerveCyl for at least 2 months in order to fully experience the best results. If you still wish to refund, please see below instructions.
Step 1 — Check you are within the refund period
You have a whole 60 days from date of order to request a refund. After this period is up you cannot request a refund.
Step 2 — Return Full, Unopened Bottles To Us
In order to obtain a refund for an order, you must return only the full, unopened bottles in perfect condition of the order you wish to be refunded back to our fulfillment center within 60 days since the order date.
Simply return the full, unopened bottles in perfect condition and we will immediately process your full refund for the returned items. No questions asked.
You must include the original packing slip with your return. If you don't have it, include details regarding your order:

Step 3 — Wait for refund processing
Once our fulfillment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5–10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
